Unit 1 offers the most traditional office-style studios within Prism Artist Studios. Located on the second floor, this area features twelve private studios with eight-foot walls and enclosed ceilings, creating a peaceful and professional atmosphere ideal for focused work.
Tenants enjoy air conditioning, access to two shared common areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. The quieter setting makes this area especially attractive for creative entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and artists whose work benefits from privacy and concentration.

At the heart of this area is a welcoming common space complete with a coffee cart, lounge seating, and a garage door that opens directly onto a loading dock and outdoor gathering area. It is a favorite spot for informal meetings, creative conversations, and community events.
